Well I am back on the American network now, so I can text with impunity :)
Oddly I crossed over some many yards still inside Mexico.

What exactly is this?

This is a blog about me and a bunch of other people leaving from Concord CA over Easter week and going down to La Marita Mexico and building houses for three families there who need them.

This will be my third year, but the group, led by Jack and Dona Walton, has been doing this for more than fifteen years now.

Big thanks to St. Agnes Parish for sponsoring us, and to all the little saints who make this trip possible.

Don't expect too many posts until we leave on Holy Saturday(the day before Easter for you non-Catholics). After we leave, however, I will post at least daily if I can get cell' 'phone reception.
